Message Frequency and Rates

- Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive (additional keywords accepted: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE)
- Contacting the service provider directly
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from that number. To re-subscribe, reply START.

SMS Delivery
Messages are sent through the CFCRM platform using Twilio as the delivery provider. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery. For more details, see our Privacy Policy, Section 14.

- Google Maps API: For address autocomplete and geocoding functionality, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- Essential Cookies: To maintain your session and booking form state

These services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian submit appointment requests on your behalf.
